We currently ship within Singapore and selected international destinations.
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Standard shipping: 3–5 business days
Express shipping (SG only): 1–2 business days
Free shipping for orders above SGD $60

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. Memento is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or courier disruptions.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Memento, each box is thoughtfully curated and custom-packed. As such, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

However, if your box arrives damaged or with missing items, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or store credit after reviewing your claim.
